VTS Welcomes Margaretta Noonan as Chief People Officer
We’re so pleased to welcome Margaretta Noonan to the VTS family as our new Chief People Officer! This comes at a time when we’re made major capital investments in our workforce during the pandemic and as we continue to grow rapidly — with our most successful year to date.
Welcoming Margaretta Noonan as VTS Chief People Officer
Margaretta is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience as a people and talent leader in SaaS and public technology companies. She has a proven track record of scaling talent and culture for high-growth businesses like VTS. Previously, Margaretta led HR for several top global public companies, including Monster and Hudson. Additionally, she founded her own human resources and people consulting practice.
At VTS, Margaretta will lead the charge of rapidly growing our team — nearly 500 employees today — and shaping the employee experience, a role she’s already been serving in an interim capacity for the last year. Under her leadership, VTS has already navigated the complexities of a global pandemic and continued to support our workforce in a compassionate way as we’ve all faced unprecedented anxieties — all while growing our global employee base at a remarkable scale. Since joining us, Margaretta has seen the company headcount grow by 65% and has been instrumental in helping us secure a number of awards, most recently Fortune’s Best Workplaces in New York City.
