Do any of my leases have co-tenancy clauses tied to an anchor that's at risk?

I've reviewed the three lease documents you shared and I wasn't able to identify any explicit co-tenancy clauses in these particular leases. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Co-tenancy language can appear in unexpected places — it's sometimes included in amendments, side letters, or exhibits that may not have been included in the files you uploaded. It's worth double-checking that you have the full executed lease package for each tenant.

Terminology varies — some leases don't use the term "co-tenancy" directly but include similar provisions under headings like "Operating Conditions," "Occupancy Requirements," or "Anchor Tenant Provisions." I did my best to scan for these variations but may have missed non-standard language.
