Academia is 135,000 square feet of sustainability-focused design and construction, with a prime location along the Dunabe. ConvergenCE has worked with VTS Activate on its tenant solution to bolster a next-level experience for their office and retail tenants in the Academia space.
Whilst looking at the refurbishment opportunities, ConvergenCE wanted to create a commercial property where tradition met modernity, ensuring intelligent building automatisation, meeting the latest tenant expectations, and being as sustainable as possible.
VTS Activate aims to make the tenants’ lives more convenient by promoting in-house and nearby services to over 1000 tenants in the building. This VTS-powered tenant experience solution will help to boost the community and personal connections among the tenants. They will also utilise smart intelligence to coordinate the common meeting and conference rooms booking system and to help facilitate the on site restaurant.
