Urban Land Institute New York’s Young Leaders Group was treated to an exclusive tour of the skyscrapers on 57th Street. The tour walked through Rose Associates / World Wide Group's 252 East 57th Street sales office and a presentation of CIM Group's 432 Park Avenue. We received great insight on the real estate deals that led to the realization of these two remarkable luxury residential developments.

Julia Hodgson of World Wide Group, Amy Rose of Rose Associates, and the full sales team shared some great insights during the tourof 252 East 57th Street. The tower consists of rental units and condos, with 19 different condo unit types starting on the 34th floor. Each unit type varies slightly as the architectural expression of an S curve changes radius throughout the building. The group did a walkthrough of the sales study, kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining room.
