Leading UK Investment Group Topland to Deploy VTS Activate as Tenant Experience Solution for Whitefriars, a Landmark Property in Bristol
VTS is pleased to announce that Topland, one of the UK’s largest multi-billion pound privately owned investment groups, has selected VTS Activate as their tenant experience solution for Whitefriars, a landmark building in Bristol comprising a total of 138,000 sq ft. Whitefriars offers suites from circa 1,000 sq ft to complete floor plates of up to 20,000 sq ft, therefore appealing to a wide variety of occupiers. Whitefriars provides a highly successful and well-proven business environment to suit modern working needs. The deployment of VTS Activate at Whitefriars marks an exciting new relationship between VTS and Topland, with both companies looking to explore new opportunities in the future.
VTS Activate aims to make the tenants’ lives more convenient by promoting the in-house and nearby services to over 1,200 tenants in the building. VTS Activate will help to boost the community, and personal connections within the tenants. VTS Activate will also help to coordinate the common meeting and conference rooms booking system, on-site gym and café, and to help facilitate on-site serviced office accommodation.
