Progress on site plans
We are just a few weeks away from releasing the brand new VTS site plan. The product team has already finished up work on the filter, zoom, and side pane functionality. Now, the main focus is on completing the merchandising mix and occupancy cost views, as well as hover functionality. Reach out to your account manager if you’re interested in being a beta user of the new site plan!
New “Physical Occupancy” metric on space page
There is now a new metric on the Spaces page to expose “Physical Occupancy.” The single “Occupancy” metric we used to show showed only “Leased Occupancy.” We have now broken those two out and are providing both the "Physical Occupancy" and "Lease Occupancy" metrics.
Commission settings on building profile page
It can be a pain to re-input the commission settings for every deal within the same building. So, now there is a commission settings feature on the building profile page. It’s easier and faster to generate deals - and you never have to worry about inputting inaccurate commissions.
Tour activity dashboard and internal benchmarking for tour activity
Is there really no appetitie for a space? Or does it just need more tours? VTS' Portfolio Analytics now tracks average tours per available space in a building. This helps you benchmark leasing team activity to know if there are any buildings or spaces that need greater attention. (Just a note: this functionality is only available on VTS Landlord Institutional. If you are unsure if you have access to these features, or would like to upgrade, please reach out ot you account manager.)
