Josh Evans is Chief Revenue Officer of VTS, commercial real estate's leading leasing and asset management platform. VTS is used by more than 700 landlords and brokerage firms to manage more than 11 billion square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets across more than 35 countries. Clients include Blackstone, LaSalle Investment Management, Hines, Boston Properties, JLL and CBRE.
Josh is a seasoned professional with almost 20 years building and growing sales, professional services and customer success organizations in the technology industry. Prior to VTS, Josh served as SVP of Sales at Velocify and helped start the internet company CarsDirect.com (now Internet Brands) which successfully IPOed in 2007.
Josh holds a BS in Economics and Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. When he isn’t busy leading the VTS sales team, you can find him at the turntables as a DJ, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
