AREP Selects VTS Rise to Provide Enhanced Tenant Experience Solution, AREPx

Through the Partnership, the PropTech Unicorn’s Leading Tenex Product, VTS Rise, Will Power AREP’s Mobile App to Better Service Tenants Across Their Portfolio

NEW YORK April 5, 2022 VTS, the commercial real estate (CRE) industry’s leading leasing, marketing, asset management, and tenant experience technology platform — today announced that American Real Estate Partners (AREP) has selected VTS Rise as its tenant experience provider for the company's tenant experience app, AREPx. As the industry’s most comprehensive tenant experience solution providing occupiers, operators, and visitors an immersive, tech-enabled experience, VTS Rise will power AREPx across the majority of its portfolio - primarily in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia metropolitan areas. The selection of VTS Rise emphasizes AREP’s continued commitment to leveraging best-in-class technology to manage and operate real estate for their valued tenants and builds on AREP’s existing relationship with VTS as a key PropTech service provider.

AREPx provides AREP’s tenants with a seamless and curated experience specific to each individual property, delivering hyperlocal content, amenities, programming, and digital access throughout the property. Through AREPx, tenants will be able to enter the building, book conference space, provide guest access, engage with their property team, and stay up-to-date on community and building events through notifications and news that’s relevant to them. In addition, the VTS-powered AREPx app will enable the property teams to better understand what their tenants need to enhance their experiences. Currently available in select properties, with more planned in the future across the portfolio, the integration of VTS Rise will immediately enhance AREP’s connection to its tenants.
