Research & Business Development Expert Joins VTS After Over a Decade With JLL
NEW YORK, NEW YORK — September 9, 2020 — VTS, the commercial real estate (CRE) industry’s leading leasing, marketing, and asset management platform, announced today the appointment of Eli Gilbert in the newly created role of Head of Market Research. Gilbert will be responsible for building out and overseeing VTS’ research function and will play a key role in shaping the next generation of VTS’ data products.

Gilbert brings with him 20 years of experience leading research departments and enabling business development efforts at the world’s largest real estate firms. Gilbert joins VTS from JLL where he served for more than a decade as Senior Vice President of Research and Business Development. There he was responsible for the creation of market research deliverables by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and technology sales tools for business development efforts. Prior to JLL, Gilbert served in research and sales roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis, and CoStar.
