This marks the first of its kind in commercial real estate and provides VTS' customers with access to more than 4.85 million public and private company records
Through this partnership, VTS customers are given unprecedented access to commercial tenant information including total revenue, net income, number of employees, debt, competitors and executive team members. In addition, alternate and historical company names as well as a full corporate hierarchy will be easily searchable for reporting purposes. This information, coupled with data pertaining to a landlord's active deals and existing leases, is accessible all from a single screen.
