VTS Appoints CBRE’S James King & Luke Armstrong to European Head Office
VTS was excited to announce this week that we have appointed CBRE Associate Directors James King and Luke Armstrong toour European head office as Directors of the business. James and Luke will join our rapidly expanding head office in London, headed up by Charlie Wade and Eoin Condren and will work in business development to grow VTS’ presence across Europe.
The duo climbed the CBRE ranks to Associate Director having joining the company as graduates in 2010. Luke has over seven years’ experience working as a West End office specialist and has worked with a number of London's high profile landlords. James has specialised in advising Central London landlords on leasing and development in the firm’s market-leading Landed Estates retail team since 2010. Both have carved roles as prominent young West End agents and the duo count The Crown Estate, British Land, Norges, Royal London, Shaftesbury, Derwent London, Great Portland Estates, Standard Life, Grafton Advisors and Aviva among their key clients.
In announcing the news, Charlie Wade, the UK Managing Director of VTS, said: “The VTS office in London is going from strength to strength and we think that Luke and James are the ideal hires to help drive our expansion into the European market.
