The VTS product team is making great headway on deepening our retail product. ICSC RECon gave us a great opportunity to show off a beta of our brand new site plan and the new ability to track different retail space types within the app. Check out these, and other updates, below:
We’re making progress on a brand new site plan
If you visited the VTS booth at ICSC, you got a preview into our brand new site plan. For those that missed out, we’re making big progress on building a brand new site plan that acts as the command center for all of your asset activity.
Stay organized by tracking different retail space types
There are a lot of different retail space types - and you can now track them in VTS. When creating a new deal, you can select Anchor, Elbow, Endcap, Inline, Jr. Anchor, Outparcel, Pad Site.
Save time by automating approvals based on deal type
Deals are approved everyday across multiple regions, assets and transaction types and it’s cumbersome to understand or remember who has to review what. VTS has introduced a new way to automate your deal approvals. Read about it here.
