Give Visitors a Seamless Experience
If your residents have a seamless access experience, the same should go for your visitors. New integrations and capabilities allow users to extend guest pass durations, define how far in advance a guest pass can be valid, and give your team expanded details about the visitor check in process.
Efficiently Manage Work Orders
Work orders and service requests can cause enough inconvenience—there's no reason for your property management systems to add more complication. That's why VTS Activate Multifamily provides convenience and automation with our platform. We’ve enhanced work order status options, now allowing teams to place a request ‘on hold.'
This gives residents a better understanding of when work needs to be paused and provides property teams with better tracking and insight into the time to completion. It also allows maintenance teams to communicate and track when a work order is waiting for new parts or outside labor.
Additionally, we're adding a work order due date and search and filter capabilities to quickly find time-sensitive work orders. We've also improved the material and labor list formatting and edit screens for work order staff users.
Insight and Report Enhancements
Building upon the features included in Activate’s spring ‘24 release (you can watch me cover it on-demand here), experience more in-depth reporting with our new and improved reports in the Insights section of the Admin portal. We’ve added new insights and reports covering a range of topics, including App Engagement, Content Interaction, Work Order Billing, Package Management, Perks, and Occupancy.
Improved Targeting Capabilities
It’s important to get the right message to the right people. With our new, enhanced targeting capabilities for communications, events, polls, and forms, you can get your message to the right people and even target certain units and/or floors within a building.
Upleveling Community and Engagement
Creating a community and engaging residents starts with a positive user experience. That’s why we’ve updated our logic for pinning and posts, allowing your most important content to be front and center. Plus, new iOS enhancements include the ability to choose photos from their device when submitting a form and an updated the interface of the in-app browser to increase useability.
Booking Reservations Just Got Easier
We all know amenities can take a property to the next level. Our improved reservation functionality streamlines operations by adding a minimum or maximum buffer timing configuration for the "Check In/ Check Out" type of reservations.
